Only two remain

These gorgeous bronze ravens by sculptor Adam Pomeroy had really caused a stir in the gallery over the past few months, as Adam has drip fed them on their completion. The edition of 9 pieces in total, is now down to only two remaining pieces, with each of the other small ravens having found their forever homes with discerning art buyers and collectors.

The raven, although in the same family as the crow, is bigger in size. Like the crow, they are very intelligent and wonderfully fearless.  There is a sense of power about them that is quite intoxicating. These small bronze ravens seem to wield the same intoxicating charm. Being bronze, they are wonderfully tactile, perched on a bronze branch and stone base. Adam sculpted, cast, metal finished and patinated these pieces here in the foundry in Kilbaha, West Clare.

They are hugely striking.

Adam is such a super collectable artist – whose client base is widespread and international. With original paintings hanging in Cathedrals around Ireland, Adam’s work is highly sought after. His talents pivot between creating incredibly detailed fine art figurative paintings, and of course, his rather beautiful bronze sculptures.

Adam Pomeroy has an exhibition coming up towards the end of the year in GLOR Ennis. We will keep you posted of the details !
